Where applicable, the City Manager may elect to initiate a program
of removal credits as part of this Part 2 to reflect the POTW's
ability to remove pollutants in accordance with 40 CFR 403.7 and Rule
323.2313(a) of the MAC.
The City Manager may elect to adjust categorical pretreatment
standards to reflect the presence of pollutants in the discharger's
intake water, in accordance with 40 CFR 403.15 and Rule 323.2313(c)
of the MAC.
