Borough of Zelienople, PA Article IV 2003 International Building Code

[Adopted 6-14-2004 by Ord. No. 765 (Ch. 5, Part 4, of the 1995 Code)]

§ 115-30 Adoption.

The Borough of Zelienople hereby adopts the 2003 International Building Code for use within the Borough, as though fully set forth herein.

§ 115-31 Revisions.

The following sections of the IBC are revised as follows:

A. Section 101.1: Insert "Borough of Zelienople."

B. Section 101.4.1: Insert the "NFPA 70, NEC" as a replacement for the "ICC Electrical Code."

§ 115-32 Violations and penalties.

Any person who shall willfully violate any of the provisions of this article and code shall be subject to a penalty not to exceed $300 for each offense.
