Borough of Zelienople, PA Article V 2003 International Residential Code

§ 115-33 Adoption.

The Borough of Zelienople hereby adopts the 2003 International Residential Code for use within the Borough, as though fully set forth herein.

§ 115-34 Revisions.

The following sections of the IRC are revised as follows:

A. Section R101.1: Insert "Borough of Zelienople."

§ 115-35 Violations and penalties.

Any person who shall willfully violate any of the provisions of this article and code shall be subject to a penalty not to exceed $300 for each offense.
