A.
Parking and/or standing is prohibited in the alleyway located on
the west side, egress alleyway, of the Municipal Building, with the
exception of emergency and municipal vehicles as needed for official
emergency business, not to exceed 10 minutes. Ongoing and/or regular
parking is prohibited.
B.
Parking and/or standing is prohibited in the alleyway located on
the east side, ingress alleyway, of the Municipal Building. Stopping
only to deposit payments in the utility drop box is permitted.
C.
Parking is also prohibited on the east end of the parking lot, as
posted, along the fence.
It shall be the duty of the police officers having jurisdiction within the Borough to institute the prosecution of all persons violating § 260-107 of this article.
Whoever violates § 260-107 of this article shall, upon conviction thereof, be sentenced to pay a fine of not more than $300.
