The regulations governing the Mifflinburg Recreation Area are
amended as set forth on Exhibit A, attached to this Part and made
a part hereof.[1]

The Mifflinburg Borough Council shall have the right to make
further revisions to the regulations governing the Mifflinburg Recreation
Area by resolution adopted at a properly held public meeting.
