No person or persons shall coast or ride upon any sled or similar conveyance upon any sidewalk in the Borough of Mifflinburg, or upon any street or alley in the said Borough unless such street or alley shall have been set apart and designated by the Mayor as a "play highway"[1], and shall have been blocked or adequately guarded form vehicular traffic. Any person who shall violate any of the provisions of this ordinance shall, upon conviction thereof before the Mayor or any Justice of the Peace of the Borough, be sentenced to pay a fine of $5 and costs of prosecution, for each and every such violation.
