The regulations governing the use of land, size of lots, yards, and buildings within each zoning district identified in Part 3 are established in this Part 4. For certain uses or exceptional situations, these regulations are supplemented by Part 5 and by other provisions of this Chapter.

No uses shall be permitted in any district if they are to be operated in such manner as to create any dangerous, injurious, noxious, or otherwise objectionable fires, explosion, radioactivity or other hazard, noise, vibration, odor, smoke, dust, dirt, or other forms of pollution, glare, electrical and other disturbances which adversely affect surrounding areas or premises.

Parking spaces shall only be counted once for tabulation purposes unless a satisfactory shared parking agreement is provided with the zoning permit application. No adult use shall be located within 500 feet of any other adult use.
(4) 
No adult use shall be conducted in any manner that permits the observation of any material depicting, describing or related to specified sexual activities or specified anatomical areas from any public way or from any property not permitted as an adult use. This provision shall apply to any display, decoration, sign, show window, door, or other opening.
(5) 
Screening shall comply with § 29-506 of this Chapter.
(6) 
No adult use shall be conducted in any manner that violates any of the provisions of § 29-510, Off-Street Parking, of this Chapter.
(7) 
No adult use shall be located within 500 feet of any establishment licensed by the Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board to dispense alcoholic beverages.
(8) 
Outdoor lighting shall comply with § 29-518 of this Chapter.
(9) 
No signs shall depict, display or describe any portion of the human anatomy or specified sexual activities as defined in Part 2 of this Chapter. Signage shall comply with § 29-516 of this Chapter.
(10) 
Any adult use that violates any provision of this Chapter or any other applicable Borough ordinance shall have its zoning permit terminated within 30 days of being found in violation by the District Magistrate.
