at the east Borough line in the center of Chestnut Street; thence
northeastwardly 196 feet 8-1/4 inches in the center of State Road,
formerly known as the Lewisburg and Bellefonte Turnpike; thence along
the south line of State Road southwestwardly 110 feet 2-7/8 inches
crossing a public street to the line of land of J.H. Shontz; thence
along the east Borough line southwestwardly 106 feet 8-1/4 inches
to the place of beginning.)
