For the purpose of obtaining the assent of the qualified electors of the Borough of Mifflinburg to increase the indebtedness of said Borough to the amount of $30,000, or so much thereof as may be required for the purpose of constructing waterworks for the said Borough. (Ord. 36, 7/19/1897)
