The following fees shall be charged upon the filing of an application for a zoning permit for a permitted use:
A. 
Base fee for a permitted use of any kind: $25.
B. 
Additional fee in residential zones for each dwelling unit sought: $25, plus engineering costs anticipated by the town for the purpose of evaluating the application, if needed.
C. 
Additional fee in business and industrial zones: $300, plus $25 per acre, plus engineering costs anticipated by the town for the purpose of evaluating the application, if needed.
D. 
Additional fee for revisions to application or resubmittal of application required by the town: $25, plus engineering costs anticipated by the town for the purpose of evaluating the revised or resubmitted application, if needed.
The following fees shall be charged upon the filing of an application:
A. 
Special exception permit: $100.
B. 
Limited bed-and-breakfast permit: $100.
C. 
Home occupation permit: $100.
A. 
A fee shall be charged by the town upon the filing of an application for the amendment of Chapter 110, Land Development, or the Zoning Map, in all zones except business and industrial zones, in the amount of $150, plus $20 per acre for the land owned by the applicant which would be affected by the suggested amendment.
B. 
A fee shall be charged by the town upon the filing of an application for the amendment of Chapter 110, Land Development, or the Zoning Map for all land in business and industrial zones in the amount of $200 plus $50 per acre for the land owned by the applicant which would be affected by the suggested amendment.
A. 
The town shall charge $300 upon the filing of an application for a variance from the zoning regulations of Chapter 110, Land Development.
B. 
The town shall charge a fee of $300 upon the filing of an application for a review of an order, requirement, decision or determination of an administrative officer or similar matters.
A. 
The town shall charge $100 for the submission of a preliminary sketch in connection with the subdivision process of the town.
B. 
The town shall charge a fee for the submission of a preliminary plat in connection with a subdivision, in the amount of $75, plus $5 per lot sought in the subdivision, plus the town's actual engineering costs, if any. Such costs shall be the charges to the town by a consulting engineer to review the plans, the plat and the proposed subdivision and render advice to the town.
C. 
The town shall charge a fee for the submission of a final plat in business and industrial zones in the amount of $300, plus $25 per acre, plus the town's actual engineering costs as charged by a consulting engineer, if desired by the town, for services in reviewing the final plat.
D. 
The town shall charge a fee for the submission of a final plat in Multiresidential District R-4, R-5 and R-7 zones, and High-Density Residential District R-6 zones, in the amount of $400, plus $10 per unit, plus the town's actual engineering costs as charged by a consulting engineer, if desired by the town, for services in reviewing the final plat.
E. 
The town shall charge a fee for the review of a final plat in other zones in the amount of $100, plus $20 per lot, plus the town's actual engineering costs as charged by a consulting engineer, if desired by the town, for services in reviewing the final plat.
F. 
The town may require that an estimate of its actual engineering costs be paid upon submission of the preliminary or final plat, with the balance to be paid or the excess refunded upon the town's receipt of an invoice from the engineer.
A. 
The town shall charge a fee of $100, plus $5 per lot for all lots affected, for a lot line revision or vacation.
B. 
The town shall charge a fee of $150 for processing an application for the vacation of a plat.
The town shall charge a fee upon the submission of an application for a planned unit development in the amount of $400, plus $10 per proposed dwelling unit, plus the town's actual engineering costs as charged by a consulting engineer, if desired by the town, for services in reviewing the application. The town may require that an estimate of its actual engineering costs be paid upon submission of the application, with the balance to be paid or the excess refunded upon the town's request of an invoice from the engineer.
