The town shall charge a fee for a portable sign permit in the
amount of $20.
A.
The town shall charge a fee in the amount of $20 for each temporary
sign permit exceeding four permits issued during a calendar
year for a particular lot or adjacent lots used for a common purpose
during a calendar year.
B.
The Town Council may by resolution waive the fee for any charitable
institution or association located within the town or providing services
to town residents, provided that such institution or association is
not controlled in whole or in part by any church or sectarian society.
