Parking shall be prohibited at all times on Township streets
or in Township rights-of-way. Any vehicle parked on a Township street
or right-of-way may be towed at the owner's expense. The Board of
Supervisors shall cause proper signs to be placed on Township streets
prior to enforcement of these provisions.
The Township Road Superintendent may issue temporary parking
permits in the case of a public sale or other temporary event. Application
for a permit shall be made at least two weeks in advance of the day
on which the event is to be held. The permit shall state the date,
times, and locations on which parking shall be permitted.
Any person who violates any provision of this article, upon
conviction, shall be sentenced to pay a fine of $25 and costs.
