A.
Each Supervisor of Potter Township elected or appointed to office
on or after the effective date of this article shall receive compensation
for attending duly advertised general or special public meetings or
hearings of the Board of Supervisors or meetings authorized by the
Board of Supervisors. (Note: The amount may not exceed the maximum
allowed by law based on the population of the Township.)[1]
B.
Such compensation shall be paid per meeting.
This article becomes effective on December 29, 1995.
