The Personnel Officer of the County Department of Human Resources,
Personnel and Civil Service is hereby authorized, empowered and directed
to grant a leave of absence with pay to any County employee who is
a designated delegate or alternate to a state or national convention
of a national veterans organization, as long as each such leave does
not exceed three business days.
