The applicant shall provide to the Township, reproducible and
paper, clear and legible copies of the record plan, the number of
plans to be set by resolution of the Board of Commissioners. Such
record plan shall be a size of 18 inches by 24 inches, or other size
as required by the County Recorder of Deeds, and shall, at a minimum,
include all of the following:
B. Any common open spaces and/or recreation land;
C. Easements and any covenants that the Township required to be placed
on the final plan;
D. Lot lines and lot dimensions;
E. Water lines, sanitary and storm sewer lines and stormwater drainage
facilities;
F. The required signatures of Township officials and the County Planning
Department and the date of approvals;
G. Notations stating whether the streets, any common open space and
other proposed improvements are to be offered or not offered for dedication
to the Township; and
H. Additional information from the complete final plan that the Township
or the County Recorder of Deeds may require be shown.
