The regulations of the building codes of Worcester
County, or the approved building codes of Worcester County as they
may be adopted or changed from time to time, are hereby adopted as
the regulations governing the construction of buildings and other
structures in the Town of Snow Hill; and it shall be unlawful to erect
or construct any building or structure in the Town of Snow Hill in
violation of, or without complying with, those regulations. Copies
of such code(s) shall be kept on file in the Town office for inspection.

Editor’s Note: Former § 57-7, Opting out of
International Residential Code requirements as to residential fire
sprinkler systems, added 1-11-2011 by Ord. No. 2010-05 (originally
adopted at an emergency meeting held on 12-28-2010), were repealed
7-14-2015 by Ord. No. 2015-05, effective retroactively to July 1,
2015 (originally adopted 7-14-2015 by emergency Ord. No. 2015-06).
