§ 899-1 Payment in advance of audit authorized.

The Commissioner of Social Services and the County Comptroller are authorized, pursuant to § 834-a of the County Law, to pay in advance of audit, subject to subsequent adjustment of accounts following audit, an amount equal to but not to exceed 75% of the total amount allowed to be claimed for the first and second month any day-care center is in operation as a County contract agency.
