The purpose of this district is to provide for medium-density
residential neighborhood development in areas where public sewers
exist or can be provided; to provide multifamily housing opportunities
in planned residential developments with public or community sewage
treatment systems; and to allow for accessory uses and compatible
public and semipublic uses as conditional uses or uses by special
exception.
