B.
The maximum is $2,500 for each type of license; can be increased
no more than 20% or $500, whichever is less.

A.
The hours for plenary retail consumption licenses shall be as follows:
They shall be closed from 3:00 a.m. to 7:00 a.m., and they may be
open on Sunday.
B.
The hours for plenary retail distribution licenses shall be as follows:
They may be open on Sunday, and the hour of closing shall be 10:00
p.m. to 9:00 a.m.

It shall be unlawful for any person or persons to possess or
consume intoxicating liquor on Township property of the Township of
Washington known as Block 53B, Lot 10, also known as Lower Banking
Landing.
Appropriate signage shall be placed upon Block 53B, Lot 10,
to make known the provisions of this article.
Any person or persons violating any of the provisions of this
article shall, upon conviction, be subject to a fine not exceeding
$500 or by imprisonment not exceeding 90 days or community service,
or any combination of the above at the discretion of the court.
