No person, firm or corporation shall throw, or cause to be thrown, any rubbish or material of any sort over the Main Street bridge into the Salmon River, under a penalty of $10 for each offense.

Any person or firm is hereby prohibited from burning bituminous coal within the limits of the Village of Malone, other than "smokeless" coal, so-called, except in an approved-type smokeless furnace, except the New York Central Railroad Company and the Rutland Railroad Company, under a penalty not to exceed $25 for each offense. Any person violating this ordinance shall be a disorderly person.
