If any provision of this charter is held invalid, the other
provisions of the charter are not affected thereby.
This charter is known and may be cited as the "Council-Manager
Charter of the Town of Kittery." The clerk shall cause it to be printed
and made available to the public.
Rights and privileges preserved. Nothing in this charter, except
as otherwise specifically provided, affects or impairs the rights
or privileges of persons who are town officers or employees at the
time of its adoption.
