Violations of this chapter or of the specific rules and regulations
are punishable by:
Each day such violation is continued or permitted to continue
constitutes a separate offense and is punishable as such hereunder.
In addition to all remedies provided by law for violation of
this chapter, the Town may institute appropriate equitable proceedings
including injunctive relief for the abatement of any violation of
this chapter.
