A Board of Trustees of Trust Funds is created to have the care
and management of the Mary Safford Wildes Estate, George Smart Trust
or any other similar restricted trust funds managed by the Town.
The Board consists of the Chairperson of the Town Council and
the Town Clerk to be ex officio members and the Clerk to be treasurer
of said fund, and five citizen members to be appointed by the Town
Council for a three-year term and thereafter for successive three-year
terms.
