It is unlawful for any individual to operate a motor vehicle on any Town-owned land with the exception of public ways that are provided for vehicular traffic. This restriction does not apply to:
A. 
Motorized wheelchairs;
B. 
Vehicles used in an official capacity by agents or employees of:
(1) 
The Town;
(2) 
Public utilities;
(3) 
Emergency services; and
(4) 
Contractors providing services to or on behalf of the above.
As used in this chapter, the following terms shall have the meanings indicated:
MOTOR VEHICLE
Any self-propelled vehicle, which includes, but is not limited to, passenger vehicles, trucks, all-terrain vehicles, all two-wheeled vehicles and snowmobiles.
This chapter is enforced by the Police Department. Any violation of this chapter will be assessed a penalty under Title 1, Chapter 1.3.
