The regular meetings of the Borough Council of the Borough of
Jacobus shall convene on every first Wednesday of each month, unless
such day shall fall on a holiday, in which case said meeting shall
be scheduled on an alternate day, at such time as Borough
Council shall determine on or before the first meeting of January
of each year and as advertised in a newspaper of general circulation
pursuant to the Borough Code.[1]
