The Suffolk County Legislature, pursuant to New York State Executive Law § 23, adopts the Suffolk County Hurricane/Coastal Storm Emergency Response Plan and orders and authorizes the participation of all Suffolk County departments and agencies in the implementation, activation and performance of their respective responsibilities and activities in accordance with the Suffolk County Hurricane/Coastal Storm Emergency Response Plan.
