A policy is hereby established whereby the County of Suffolk
shall not place or facilitate the placement of more than one registered
sex offender at the same residence, in an area that is zoned for residential
use, within the County of Suffolk.
No County department, office or agency shall place or facilitate
the placement of more than one registered sex offender at the same
residence, in an area that is zoned for residential use, within the
County of Suffolk.
Suffolk County departments, offices and agencies shall not utilize
contract agencies to place sex offenders in contravention of the policy
established herein.
