An Airport Manager shall be appointed by the City Manager.

The tenure of office of the Airport Manager shall be the same as any subordinate officer of the City.

The Airport Manager shall report to the Facilities Manager and shall perform such duties as are assigned.
The Airport Manager shall notify public access and the City Clerk of all meetings held by the Airport Commission for scheduling and televising. Minutes shall be provided to the City Clerk.

The day-to-day operation of the airport shall be under the supervision of the Airport Manager.

The Airport Manager shall attend all meetings of the Airport Commission as requested by the Commission, but shall have no vote.

The Airport Manager and Facilities Manager shall prepare and submit to the Commission a proposed operational budget and capital improvement recommendations for the ensuing year.

The Airport Manager shall obtain the necessary licenses for the operation of the airport.

The salary of the Airport Manager shall be determined by the City Manager.
