The City ambulance will be garaged at the fire station of the
City.
The City ambulances will not service residents of other cities
or towns outside the City limits unless a preliminary agreement is
approved by the City Council that such cities and towns will pay an
annual service fee to the City and pay all ambulance charges directly
to the City. Such services fee will be annually determined by the
City Council on or before August 1 of each year.
All fees required by this article will be collected by the Fire
Department and remitted to the City Treasurer monthly.
This article shall not affect cities and towns that have mutual
aid pacts and that have comprehensive ambulance service.
