A. 
Any employee who feels he or she has been subjected to sexual harassment of any kind may file a complaint with the Mayor. The complaint must be in writing and set forth all of the material facts. All such complaints and any internal investigation resulting from the complaints will be held in the strictest of confidence.
B. 
Upon receipt of a written complaint, the Mayor, or the Mayor's designee, will immediately conduct a complete and thorough investigation. This investigation will be completed within 15 working days after receipt of the written complaint, and the employee will be advised of the findings and conclusion.
