Traffic control signals shall be installed, maintained and operated at the intersections and locations described in Schedule I (§ 220-22). No person shall fail to obey any traffic signal so installed.
The streets or parts of streets described in Schedule II (§ 220-23) are hereby designated as one-way streets, and vehicles shall proceed along those streets or parts of streets only in the direction indicated.
No persons shall make a turn of the kind designated (left, right, all) at any of the locations described in Schedule III (§ 220-24) during the hours indicated on the day indicated.
In accordance with the provisions of NYS V&T § 1111(d)(2), no persons shall make a right turn on a steady red signal at the locations designated on Schedule IV (§ 220-25).
The intersections described in Schedule V (§ 220-26) are hereby designated as stop intersections, and stop signs shall be erected as indicated. No person shall fail to come to a complete stop at any intersection so designated and signed.
The intersections described in Schedule VI (§ 220-27) are hereby designated as yield intersections, and yield signs shall be erected as indicated. No person shall fail to yield the right-of-way at any intersection so designated and signed.
The maximum speed at which vehicles may proceed on or along any Town or county street or highway within the Town of Penfield is hereby established at 25 miles per hour, except that the maximum speed limit for vehicles proceeding on or along those streets, parts of streets or highways described in Schedule VII (§ 220-28) shall be as indicated in said schedule.
