The collection of garbage or trash by commercial garbage collectors
shall be permitted only within the time period after 7:00 a.m. and
before 9:00 p.m. "Commercial garbage collectors" shall be defined
as all persons or entities who pick up garbage or trash from residences
or business in exchange for compensation. This section shall not apply
to the collection of garbage by the Town or Calvert County.
A violation of any provision or requirement of this article
shall constitute a municipal infraction and shall be punishable by
a fine of $500 per occurrence.
