It shall be unlawful to mark the body of a person with an indelible
ink or pigments by means of tattooing, or to offer the services of
tattooing, within the Town of Chesapeake Beach, unless the person
tattooing is a licensed physician or acting under the direction of
a licensed physician, and said tattooing is a part of a recognized
medical procedure.
A violation of any provision or requirement of this chapter
shall constitute a municipal infraction and shall be punishable by
a fine of $500 per occurrence.
