No. 14-1951.
Pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 300 of the Laws of 1949
of the State of New Jersey,[1] and the amendments and supplements thereto, the Housing
Authority of the City of Atlantic City be and the same is hereby designated
as the Slum Clearance and Urban Redevelopment Agency of the City of
Atlantic City and is authorized to carry out redevelopment projects,
as defined in said law, and to have all the rights, powers, privileges
and immunities conferred and to be subject to the limitations imposed
by Chapter 300 of the Laws of 1949, and amendments and supplements
thereto, for this purpose.
