The minutes of every meeting of the Atlantic City Housing Authority and Urban Redevelopment Agency shall be promptly delivered by and under the certification of the Secretary of said Authority to the Mayor of the City of Atlantic City. No action taken at the meeting by said Authority shall be effective until approved by the Mayor or until 10 days after the copy of the minutes shall have been delivered.
If, within the aforesaid ten-day period, the Mayor returns the copy of the minutes with a veto of any action taken by the Authority or any member thereof at the meeting, that action shall be of no effect. The Mayor may approve all or any part of the action taken at that meeting prior to the expiration of the ten-day period.
The Clerk be and is hereby authorized and directed to file a certified copy of this Article with the Atlantic City Housing Authority and Urban Redevelopment Agency.
