[1]
Editor's Note: This ordinance superseded former Art. VI, Animals, adopted 10-26-1988 by Ord. No. 60-1988. The former article prohibited horses, ponies, mules and other such farm or commercial animals from the public beaches or in the ocean bordering said beaches with the City limits at any time of year, except for the use of horses or horse-drawn vehicles utilized by police powers of the state, county or City. The adoption of the current Art. VI, Horses and Ponies on Beaches, allows only for horses and ponies on beaches, as described in said article. Other such farm or commercial animals are still prohibited.
