The Registrar and Deputy Registrar of Vital Statistics shall,
upon request, supply any applicant a certification or certified copy
of the record of any birth, death or marriage registered in the City
of Atlantic City under the provisions of N.J.S.A. 26:8-1 et seq. The
Registrar or Deputy Registrar shall collect the sum of $25 for the
first certified copy, plus $10 for any additional copy of the same
record, except as provided by N.S.S.A. 26:8-63.
For any search of the files and records of births, deaths or
marriages, when only the correct year or an incorrect year is supplied
by the applicant, whether or not a certification or a certified copy
is made, the Registrar or Deputy Registrar shall collect the sum of
$5 for the first year, plus a fee of $1 for each additional year searched.
If the search is paid for the information located, one certified copy
will be furnished for an additional fee of $20.

The Registrar shall keep a true and correct account of all fees
received and shall turn the same over to the Comptroller.

The fee for domestic partnerships shall be set at $28.

The fee for certification for burial permits shall be set at $5.
