For purposes of this Article, the following terms shall have
the meanings indicated:
Includes all vehicles propelled otherwise than by muscular
power.
No motor vehicle shall be repaired, including body work, assembled,
disassembled, stripped or overhauled in or upon any public street,
highway, cartway, right-of-way or public area within the City. Nor
shall a motor vehicle which is in a state of disassembly or disrepair
be parked, abandoned, placed or otherwise maintained in or upon any
public street, right-of-way or public area.
Any person or persons who shall violate any of the provisions
of this article shall, upon conviction thereof for each offense, be
subject to a fine in any sum not to exceed $500 or to imprisonment
for a term not exceeding 90 days, or both.
