In accordance with the provisions of this § 190-32, the streets or parts of streets herein described shall be hereby designated as a route for all vehicles with a registered weight over four tons. All such vehicles shall be excluded from travel in and upon any other street or parts of streets, excepting local pickup and deliveries.

the Manual of Uniform Traffic Control Devices at points of entry,
