[Derived from Sec. 2-17 of the 1969 Revised General Ordinances]
There shall be an Advisory Shade Tree Commission known as the
"Advisory Shade Tree Commission of the Borough of Spotswood." The
Advisory Shade Tree Commission shall consist of three residents of
the Borough, who shall be appointed by the Borough Council.
Members of the Advisory Shade Tree Commission shall serve for
staggered terms of five years from January 1 next succeeding the date
of their appointment.
The Advisory Shade Tree Commission shall advise the Borough
Council concerning the regulation, planting, care and control of shade
trees within the Borough.
