Pursuant to the provisions of N.J.S.A. 40:56-16.1, the streets
or parts of streets described in Schedule V, attached to and made
a part of this chapter, are hereby designated as a route for trucks
over eight tons gross weight. Trucks over eight tons gross weight
are hereby excluded from all other streets, except for the pickup
or delivery of material along such streets.

A.
Trucks
registered four tons gross weight or over are hereby excluded from
the streets or parts of streets described in Schedule VA, attached
to and made a part of this chapter, except for the pickup and delivery
of materials on such street as described herein.
B.
Any
violation of this section shall result in a mandatory court appearance
as well as a fine of no less than $250 and no more than $2,000.

Pursuant to the provisions of N.J.S.A. 39:4-140, the streets
or parts of streets described in Schedule VI, attached to and made
a part of this chapter, are hereby designated as through streets.
Stop signs shall be installed on the near right side of each street
intersecting the through street, except where yield-right-of-way signs
are provided for in the designations.
Pursuant to the provisions of N.J.S.A. 39:4-140, the streets
or parts of streets described in Schedule VII, attached to and made
a part of this chapter, are designated as stop intersections. Stop
signs shall be installed as provided therein.
Regulatory and warning signs shall be erected and maintained
to effect the following designated speed limits as authorized by the
Department of Transportation.

Pursuant to the provisions of N.J.S.A. 39:4-197, the streets
or parts of streets described in Schedule XIV, attached to and made
a part of this chapter, are designated and maintained as no-passing
zones.
No person shall turn a vehicle to make a right turn when facing
a steady red signal (STOP) indication at any of the locations described
in Schedule IX, attached to and made a part of this chapter, whenever
an official sign is present prohibiting such a turn on the red signal.

Subject to the provisions of Subtitle 1 of Title 39, the location(s)
described in Schedule XVII attached to and made a part of this chapter
shall be controlled by a traffic control signal based on the designated
traffic signal plan.

A.
No person shall turn any vehicle so as to proceed in the opposite
direction upon any street or part of street designated in Schedule
XIII, attached to and made a part of this chapter.
B.
No person shall turn a vehicle to make a left turn so as to proceed
in a lefthand direction upon any street or part of street designated
in Schedule XIIIA, attached to and made a part of this chapter.
C.
No person
shall turn a vehicle to make a right turn so as to proceed in a righthand
direction upon any street or part of street designated in Schedule
XIIIB, attached to and made a part of this chapter.

D.
No person
shall turn a vehicle to make a right turn, left turn, or proceed straight
so as to proceed in a right-hand or left-hand direction upon any street
designated in Schedule XIIIC, attached to and made part of this chapter.

The locations described in Schedule XII, attached to and made
a part of this chapter, are hereby designated as bus stops. The driver
of a bus, except school buses, shall not stop the vehicle upon any
street other than at a designated bus stop. No buses shall travel
on any street other than a scheduled bus route.
