[HISTORY: Adopted by the Village Board of the Village of
Dane 4-1-1996 as Title 15, Ch. 3, of the 1996 Code; amended in its entirety at
time of adoption of Code (see Ch. 1, General Provisions, Art. II).
Subsequent amendments noted where applicable.]
The Village Board of the Village of Dane hereby adopts § 106.50,
Wis. Stats., as amended, and all subsequent amendments thereto. The
officials and employees of the Village of Dane shall assist in the
orderly prevention and removal of all discrimination in housing within
the Village of Dane by implementing the authority and enforcement
procedures set forth in § 106.50, Wis. Stats. The Village
Clerk-Treasurer shall maintain forms for complaints to be filed under
§ 106.50, Wis. Stats., and shall assist any person alleging
a violation thereof in the Village of Dane to file a complaint thereunder
with the Wisconsin Department of Workforce Development for enforcement
of § 106.50, Wis. Stats.
