[HISTORY: Adopted by the Mayor and Council of the Borough

Pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40:5-18, the imposition of a service charge
in the amount of $20 per check or other written instrument will be
added to any account owing the Borough of Swedesboro if payment tendered
on the account was by check or other written instrument which was
returned for insufficient funds.
