[HISTORY: Adopted by the Village Board of the Village of
Blanchardville as Sec. 1.04 of the 2003 Municipal Code. Amendments
noted where applicable.]
Ordinance No. 2-86-88, entitled "Emergency Management For Lafayette
County" and adopted by the Lafayette County Board on September 26,
1986, is hereby adopted by reference and made a part hereof.[1]

The County Municipal Emergency Management Director shall serve
as the Village Emergency Management Director, as provided in said
Ordinance No. 2-86-88.
The Public Safety Committee of the Village Board shall serve
as the Emergency Management Committee.
The Clerk-Treasurer shall mail a copy of this chapter to the
Lafayette County Clerk and shall file a copy of said Ordinance No.
2-86-88 in his office.
