Crimes Against Animals
It shall be unlawful for any person to take and carry away the property of another without the owner's consent. This offense shall include, but not be limited to, the operation of a vehicle, whether or not motorized, without the owner's consent.
In addition to the provisions set forth in § 947.01, Wis. Stats., adopted by this chapter, it shall be unlawful to urinate or defecate on any street or sidewalk in the Village.
Any person who shall violate any provision of this chapter shall be subject to a penalty as provided in § 1-4 of this Code. In addition to any penalty imposed for violation of § 943.01(1), Wis. Stats., adopted by this chapter, any person who shall cause physical damage to or destroy any public property shall be liable for the costs of replacing or repairing such damaged or destroyed property. The parent of any unemancipated minor child who violates § 943.01(1), Wis. Stats., may also be held liable for the cost of repairing such damaged or destroyed property in accordance with § 895.035, Wis. Stats.
