No person shall play ball, either by throwing or catching or
by throwing and knocking or in any other manner or play football;
or in any manner engage in the amusement known as "snowballing" at
any person or subject in any of the public streets, lanes or highways
of this Village; or play duck, hub and hockey; or use any slingshots
on any street, lane or highway in this Village.
