This chapter shall be known as the "Local Traffic Law of the
Village of Liverpool."
The words and phrases used in this chapter shall, for the purpose
of this chapter, have the meanings respectively ascribed to them by
Article I of the Vehicle and Traffic Law of the State of New York.
