A. 
The firewood shall be cut and stored in neat, secured stacks.
B. 
The firewood shall not be stacked closer than three feet to any lot line unless it is beside a fence which blocks it from view.
C. 
The firewood stack shall not be higher than five feet.
D. 
The firewood shall be stored a minimum of six inches off the ground and on a well-supported, nonrotting base.
E. 
All brush, debris and refuse from processing of firewood shall be properly disposed of within 10 days.
F. 
Firewood stacks that contain diseased wood capable of transmitting disease to healthy trees and wood stacks that harbor or are infested by rats or other vermin are public nuisances and shall be abated pursuant to the provisions of this Code.
