All police officers now or hereafter employed by the Village
of Lakewood Police Department, Lakewood, New York, are hereby designated
as "police officers," as that term is defined in § 1.20(34)
of the New York State Criminal Procedure Law, for the Town of Busti,
with a geographical area of employment encompassing the Town of Busti,
New York, and are hereby authorized to perform all official acts and
duties of a police officer within said Town.
