The conduct of bingo games by authorized organizations within the territorial limits of the Town of Busti shall be lawful, subject to the provisions of this chapter and also to the provisions of Article 14-H of the General Municipal Law of the State of New York and the State Lottery Law of the State of New York law, together with the Rules and Regulations of the New York State Racing and Wagering Board.
The provisions of the Bingo Licensing Law and the Rules and Regulations of the New York State Racing and Wagering Board control the licensing of authorized organizations and the conduct of bingo games in the Town of Busti, New York, and this chapter incorporates the provisions of these statutes and regulations by references as though the same were fully set forth herein. Any inconsistency between this chapter and the said statutes and rules and regulations shall be resolved in favor of those rules and regulations.
The Town Clerk is authorized to issue licenses to authorized organizations and the lessors upon filing of applications in accordance with the provisions of the Bingo Licensing Law and the Rules and Regulations of the New York State Racing and Wagering Board and the payment of the prescribed fees.
The Town Clerk is directed to remit to the Town Supervisor all license fees received by the Town Clerk, and the Town Supervisor is directed to remit to the Comptroller of the State of New York the portion of the fees directed to be paid and remitted to the Comptroller of the State of New York in the manner prescribed in the Bingo Licensing Law.
The conduct of bingo games on Sundays is authorized except as otherwise provided in Article 14-H of the General Municipal Law of the State of New York.
